I got a $500.00 quote from Honest Auto, then called around the same area and got quotes around $250.00? Not sure if their mechanics aren't quick enough or what but the difference in price really made me wonder. Probably won't be taking my car here.
I didn't get a clear explanation on the repairs done to my car. I got a round-about answer. I got the final bill and it was over what I expected. They didn't quote me with tax? I was pretty sure that was a staple. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again as they're getting good reviews all over online.
I had periodic problems with my car - hard starting at times, cutting out, loud noise in back. Howard took care of that and explained everything to me honestly and easy to understand. And at a very reasonable price. Thank you Howard

I have been a customer of Honest Auto Service for almost 20 years and have never felt like they weren't working hard to do a good job for me, and most importantly they stand by their work! The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and they get things done right. They have all been their a long time which lets me know they are as happy working there as I am being their customer.
