Awesome customer service. I was on a road trip and my cars bottom cover was dragging and coming off. I called Midas and they said they could not help me. When I call here they said they can take me right away. I brought my car in and right away they took my car took the bottom off said I need to get it replaced and gave me extra screws for it. The guys at Honest Auto Care took care of me for sure! They helped re[placed my thermostat and gave me great advice on getting my car to pass smog, which I had been having an issue with. I highly recommend taking your car here!
Made an appointment online. Received a couple text messages of my appointment date and time. But when we showed up the day of the appointment no one was there the business was all locked up despite being past opening hours. No answer on the phone and no answer on the text message number. Will not be wasting my time here again.
I was very happy with the service and the guy who helped me (JUAN) was nice. I will be going back again.
