I had a great experience with Honest and Fair Appliance Repair. Noah was an excellent technician who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He clearly explained the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly lives up to its name. I highly recommend them and especially Noah.
From the day this company came out, it has been nothing but problems. We have a 3 month old GE fridge. It stopped working. We were concerned a mouse may have chewed a wire. The repairman came, walked in, was there less than 5 minutes and said he'd order the part and it would be a week. In a week, we phoned and no part was ordered. We were told to call GE. Ken diagnosed our dishwasher issue and repaired the problem quickly, as well as giving us tips on regular cleaning and maintenance to make the appliance. Excellent service!
