Get a written estimate first! I was misled by the company’s name, “Honest & Fair”, which unfortunately did not reflect my experience. I was charged $215.00, plus an undisclosed $6.88 credit card fee, just for the technician to clean lint from my dryer hose. No actual repair was performed. Had I known the cost upfront, I would have done it myself. The lack of transparency and value makes it hard for me to recommend their services. Technician was friendly.
