We had a heating problem the coldest week of the year and we were using emergency heat. $$$ We called and they scheduled us quickly. Diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes. We thought we would have to have a new unit due to the age of it. To our surprise it was not an expensive fix which was a blessing, and they did not try to pressure or up sell a new unit!
