After being completely disgusted about being ripped off for the last time by my long-time previous AC company, I had a nice looking man with a shirt saying "Honest AC" come knocking at my door looking for a different apartment. I got his card and he came to the apartment later to see what I was talking about. Well, he looks inside the thermostat and noticed they had hooked cold to hot and hot to cold and that was why it wasn't working! Deep cleaned my mini split and it’s running like a charm again…
Of course my a/c went out the day my mom arrived for Mother’s Day weekend. Called him last minute and he was there in less than an hour. Incredible customer service, luckily it was nothing major and he was able to save the day. Most likely one of the best, knowledgeable, honest ac repair companies in the state. 🫶🥶🥶🥶
