I was given a diagnosis from another repair shop and also got a quote from Honest-1. Honest -1 not only gave me a quote but found out it was a different issue and repaired it and saved me a lot of money. Great service, definitely going back with all our vehicles, thank you Honest-1Auto.
Spent almost 1400$ on brake replacements, after picking up the car, I found out that air pressure was low on all the tires. Frustrating to be honest. The least they can do is, do these basic inspections before handing over the car. The people at the front desk sometimes have an indifferent attitude towards the customer.
