I always have a good experience when I take my car to Honest-1 auto. The staff is very friendly and they don’t try to sell you parts/service that aren’t needed. I highly recommend them for any car service or tires.

The name is deceiving. Our vehicle was diagnosed to require a motor flush (less than 75K miles) after being convinced that the suspect electronic components were good. $600 later the check engine light was still on. We returned with the car but they wouldn't even pull the codes to see if they were the same or indicating a different problem. I expect they knew the flush wasn't the fix. Lesson learned. An honest garage is hard to find but I now know that this isn't one.

If I could them a -10 I would .When I questioned them about the prices the manager got upset and refused to do my grandmas inspection . Said she needed a bolt tightened up wanted to charge 70.00 . The man atvyhe desk wouldn’t give me his name he definitely needs to be retrained on customer service.

Terrible. Needed a brake line replaced. Simple job. Took three days. Yes three days for a quote to come back. I was told I needed all four brake lines replaced. Yes. All new brake lines. Not just the one that was faulty. Told them I was not going to install all new brake lines because they “thought I might need them.” Was willing to pay the ridiculous amount quoted for replacement of one line ($455!) because I didn’t want to do it myself.
