Polite, thorough, honest about what needed to be repaired, willing to listen, and great communication regarding status of repairs.
Great service but pricing higher than other local shops. We had our car towed there since they offer a 10% discount to AAA members. The staff was very nice but their pricing was 30-50% higher than my normal shop. I figured that it would be similar but I guessed wrong. Overall good experience with service but pricing was high.
The gentlemen at the counter are very personable. The mechanics seem excellent. We r very pleased with Honest 1 all around!!
