I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Repair in Prior Lake. Their communication and updates were most appreciated. We had our vehicle in another local shop where we were told a number of things that might have been wrong, that they only had one mechanic who could fix our particular car, etc. The communication was poor. They had no loaners or transport. This is our only vehicle and they had it for 7 days - even over the weekend with no signs of fixing it. I needed an alignment asap, and Troy at Honest-1 Auto was able to squeeze me into their schedule, I called 4 other shops before them, and no one was able to get me in quickly. But Honest-1 auto got me back on the road. I really appreciate how honest they were, and for getting my vehicle done quickly.
This has Probably never was happened to me before..I was in the process of purchasing a car For my grandson..And everything checked out except for To see if the air conditioning work..So I brought it to Honest-1..To see if it works..UnfortunatelyThe compressor was shot..I offer to pay for the diagnosis..They didn't even charge me..Small town value goes a long way!!!
