This mom had a rough morning when my sweet 9-year-old accidentally locked our keys in the car… while we were stuck at the donut shop. 😅 Total chaos during the morning rush. Chris, a master tech who used to work for Honest-1 Auto Care, happened to stop by and immediately offered to help. He asked if he could borrow their lockout tools to get us back in, and without hesitation, the shop was willing to step in and support the situation. I came in for 3 items to be worked on my car. Oil change, transmission fluid change, and rotating tires. They made sure I got all three done in one day and we talked prior to making sure the right transmission fluid was used for my car make and model. It was quick and professional and I'll come again for any future car maintenance.
Always the cost quoted or less and always on time with the repairs.
I bring all of my vehicles here for any large repairs I'm not confident in, price beats big brands like Midas by almost half on most things and they're very straight forward. Never tried to upsell me on repairs I don't need or tried to squeeze money out of me. Always "here's the price and the time frame, if any issues arise in either category where either changes we will call you to let you know. If other things need to be fixed we will stop and call to get an okay from you with a new price before continuing". Love this shop... read more
