Ruben and his team are great! Friendly, honest, thorough, and very clean facility. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately my transmission gave up on my 2016 Ford Escape. After calling around to shops and dealerships I circled back to Honest-1. I never had much trust in shops let alone a dealership, but Devan at the front desk made me feel at ease. Quoted around $8,000, I certainly didn’t have that kind of money. I only get my truck serviced here when it comes to any regular maintenance and they never fail to impress me. During my regular oil change they noticed an oil leak and Kobe took the initiative to contact my local dealership to confirm that the service would be covered under my warranty. Long story short I drive 25 minutes just to come to this specific location and its for a reason. I trust no one more!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, nice, honest, and respectful. I'm so grateful they were able to get me back on the road on the same day. Also the waiting area is very nice and full of amenities. This place goes above and beyond. I feel very well taken care of.
This is the second time I've used Honest 1 auto McKinney and they are amazing. I went in because I was quoted over 1k for a wheel bearing from a different repair shop and they were not convinced that was the real issue so they diagnosed my car's noises and found the real problem saving me a ton of money instead of charging me for something that wasn't broken like most other places. Thank you Kobe and everyone for your amazing help!
