I went on to get Freon recharge and and said my compressor was out weak and they never called me to notified me and they still added Freon knowing that it would do any good I'm Soo disappointed $200 bucks out the window shame on you guys 😔😤😠 and I heard that the biggest scam is in the anything envolve with AC.. Soo I let Karma take care of it...shame on you!!! What a disgrace..karma is gonna you guys.. Ripping people off!! If anybody comes too Honest-2 Care be real careful go somewhere else this place is a joke.

Poor service. Asked for oil change. Was quoted 25 to 27 $. Called back and asked for tires to be rotated. Had my own oil and filter. Went to pick up truck and was charged 52$. They didn’t tell me that it cost to rotate tires. Never paid to have tires rotated before.

Kinda disappointed this time around; went through honest 1 before and they were super awesome; no problems with service, super friendly. But this last time i called to see how busy their schedule was, a gentleman answered the phone already sounding super frustrated (its summer and its hot i know) saying he already had told me to just drop it off and thats the best he could tell me but its the first time we had spoken that day. Still 5 stars for previous service, just hesitant for service during the summer now is all.
