Merely stating my experience, you may take it as you will. I went in for a routine oil change. I waited as my car was there. In the time that I was there probably (46 minutes) four separate customers had entered the building and ALL four of them had complained that their issue was not resolved. I saw no customer that was satisfied, other than one customer with a dog.
we are from Connecticut and we needed an oil change. We needed a new rotary and brakes, which our mechanic did tell us that we would need soon, and they took care of it for us and gave us amazing service. The inside was very comfortable with a sofa, chairs, Keurig and snacks. Very nice, professional people as well. Thank you for making our car safe again to drive back to Connecticut!
