They are down the street and so we have recently decided to use them vs driving farther away for the same basic services. The first time we went everything was fine, but the second (and most recent) time, we made an appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting three hours for it to be completed, which is bonkers. As a "gift" for making us wait, they can gave us $10 off LOL. Honestly probably won't go back.
Great customer service! From the phone call to pick up I felt cared for and they went over and above to help me! My car is now running well and I will definitely be back for any future issues and servicing as well! Thank you guys so much!
My first time to Honest 1 was very refreshing. The young lady that helped me in was very professional and pleasant. The quote she gave me for the battery was very reasonable, and I was able to have my battery replaced. I would definitely have services done there on all my cars. Thanks Honest 1.
