Purchased 4 tires online through simple Tire and promoted at checkout was chose an installer for $99 and they ship the tires there and you will be notified when they deliver to bring your car. Well, that’s not the case. They said they can’t do my tires do to the size but I think it was more along the line they don’t want to accept the 99 install because typically they would charge $149… now I’m dealing with trying to get a $99 refund for the service paid for and trying to change a shipping address to a different tire place. ... read more
Their name is Honest-1 for a reason. Great service had my male friend to double check what they diagnosed as my car repairs…and confirmed that they were on target and diagnoses were what was needed. Thanks to GM and other employees I needed understanding faces..thanks ladies and repairmen.
