Amazing, efficient and high quality work. I always had a “guy” back home in PA but these are “my guys and gals” now!!!!! I can completely trust that my Maserati will be well taken care of here. Honest 1 Auto is just that #1!!!
I’m upset, I was worried about my car battery and so I came in as Honest-1 was close by and I thought, with a name like that you have no choice but to be honest, right? No. I was told by the kind gentleman that tested my battery said it was bad and I needed a new one. The nice woman up front told me that with my car I’d need a specific battery, they told me the price and I asked about alternative options as it seemed high, but didn’t was not offered any other options. In and out in a timely fashion. Very thorough inspection brought up a few issues that need to be dealt with. They were not pushy about extra services.
They gave me a diagnostic for free and didn't take long at all. Extremely friendly staff and excellent customer service.
