I took my 2010 Chevy Avalanche with no crank no start and towed it to A1 Honest car repair in Burnsville Mn and they quoted me $3,000 with NO guarantees it would turn on. On top of that they kept my keys and since I live 6 hrs away I asked them to mail them to me and they refused to do so. Made me drive 12 hrs round trip for my keys instead of paying $4.99 to ship them. They are hungry for your money . I would hate to see these people in business another 5 yrs. God bless America!

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Honest-1. From booking the appointment to getting the work my car direly needed done, all of the staff were kind and knowledgeable. They even show you images of the things they check and give you explanations of what problems may mean. As a young car owner that had never taken my car to the shop, Omar made the process feel smooth and anxiety free. Highly recommend to everyone!
