My wife's chariot, though complex in german ways needed a wheel alignment. I saved money getting tires at a whare house, but part of the savings was no alignment. Honest-1 had a same day appointment! Other places wanted me to schedule weeks out. The team at Honeat-1 was delightful to work with, knowledgeable in a down to earth way. Honest 1 lives up to their name with their transparency. Before they do any work they send over pictures and you have to give them authorization to work on your car which I appreciate. It makes me feel like they are not trying to rip me off. With the pictures it includes descriptions of how things work. The people at the front desk were friendly and explained things in a way that was educational without talking down to me. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done by 3pm same day.

Had a great experience today getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Steve was super helpful, the service was quick and easy, and the price was great! Really appreciate the excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back.

Honest 1 on Hamline have been taking care of my 1999 Honda for years!! They are always up front with and respectful. This last time in I had a lot of repairs done. Now it runs like a charm.

Honest 1 has been my go-to mechanic for at least 13 years. They have let me know when a car is failing and have given the go-ahead when I’ve bought something else. They give you a solid estimate and there’s no where else I’d go for regular upkeep in my vehicle.
