Please be cautious when doing business with this company if you plan to take your vehicle there for repairs. I went to this location for a wheel alignment with a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, they informed me that the service would take several hours and requested that I leave my car with them. I agreed and dropped off the vehicle. I called and asked if they had any loaner cars so I could go back to work and they said yes. When I got there he informed me I need to put down a $200.00 deposit which will be applied to the service. I agreed to it, I told him what I needed done because I had the same issue 6 months ago on the passenger side wheel bearing. He did not inform me of the $93.50 diagnostic fee which I didn't see till I looked at the bill. I took my car here because my brakes were making a weird noise, turns out I needed the brake pads/rotors replaced. He told me it would cost $1,200. He said just the parts are $850. So I checked the price for the parts at auto zone, and it was less than $200. And I got the job done for $300 at another place. They tried to rip me off, and they were very dishonest. I feel very insulted. Do better!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a vehicle inspection and recommended a few items to take care of. I approved all except replacing the air filter which I could do for myself for $18. When I went to pick up my car, they had gone ahead and changed the air filter and wanted to charge me $75. They ended up taking off $30 but $45 for an air filter that I could do myself is a rip off. As a woman, I felt taken advantage of.
