About a year ago, I had my tires changed at Honest-1 Auto Care. I provided all four tires and all four TPMS (tire pressure) sensors. Before the work was done, I asked how much they would charge to install the sensors, and I was told they would do it for free since the tires were already being changed and I supplied everything. I am extremely pleased with the service I received—my engine now runs so smoothly. As an addition to my request, the crew brought other issues to my attention which we agreed to have corrected…AND, all at a reasonable price. Thumb’s-up!

I took my car here because my brakes were making a weird noise, turns out I needed the brake pads/rotors replaced. He told me it would cost $1,200. He said just the parts are $850. So I checked the price for the parts at auto zone, and it was less than $200. And I got the job done for $300 at another place. They tried to rip me off, and they were very dishonest. I feel very insulted. Do better!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They WILL overcharge you an insane amount and come up with excuses for it. Guy at the front desk was not helpful at all and was trying to pressure me into getting a service I didn’t want done because they were overcharging me for it. Then when I wanted to pick it up later that day I was informed that I couldn’t pick up my car until the week after because the guy working on my car went home for the day but they were open for another hour and were open the next day. Huy was rude on the phone. I have a specific problem and he wouldn't tell me a price until I brought it in for inspection.... businesses that do that are a scam to charge you more then other shops. Go some where else!!!
