Please be cautious when doing business with this company if you plan to take your vehicle there for repairs. I went to this location for a wheel alignment with a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, they informed me that the service would take several hours and requested that I leave my car with them. I agreed and dropped off the vehicle. I called and asked if they had any loaner cars so I could go back to work and they said yes. When I got there he informed me I need to put down a $200.00 deposit which will be applied to the service. I agreed to it, I told him what I needed done because I had the same issue 6 months ago on the passenger side wheel bearing. He did not inform me of the $93.50 diagnostic fee which I didn't see till I looked at the bill. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a vehicle inspection and recommended a few items to take care of. I approved all except replacing the air filter which I could do for myself for $18. When I went to pick up my car, they had gone ahead and changed the air filter and wanted to charge me $75. They ended up taking off $30 but $45 for an air filter that I could do myself is a rip off. As a woman, I felt taken advantage of. Came here after going to another auto service. tried to tell me my lower ball joint was loose and I couldn’t get my alignment done and was charged for an inspection fee. Prior I had a mechanic checked it and it wasn’t and then came to Honest1 Auto Care for a 2nd opinion and they said everything was tight and nothing was loose and they even showed me and got my alignment done. I feel very taken advantage of after being charged $220 to find out my brake bulbs were burnt out. I also received a list of things that needed “immediate attention” warning warning that added up to almost $6000. I’ve had multiple people tell me their analysis is inaccurate and way overpriced. I feel taken advantage of as a woman who asked for help with her brake lights after going to autozone and they were unable to figure out.
