Came here after going to another auto service. tried to tell me my lower ball joint was loose and I couldn’t get my alignment done and was charged for an inspection fee. Prior I had a mechanic checked it and it wasn’t and then came to Honest1 Auto Care for a 2nd opinion and they said everything was tight and nothing was loose and they even showed me and got my alignment done. Always good work at a fair price.
Appreciate letting me walk in, no appointment. Problem not completely resolved. On the expensive side. Thought I would give them some business. Will return to my regular mechanic where I have more confidence.
