Chrysler's decent service was good in the staff is friendly
Never again, I have been there in the past but something is definitely not the same. I was given a bill for $175.00 for the most outrageous quote I have ever seen in my life. I paid $180.00. The extra $5.00 was the last $5.00 they will ever receive from me. Clearly it was just to make a few extra dollars. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it would not let me give them no stars! I brought in a new set of struts to get the coils moved over from the old to the new. Thankfully this was done in less than 30 minutes so I could wrap up my own front suspension project on my car which was on jack stands at the time. Roberto was a huge help and I would strongly recommend talking to him regardless of your needs. I mentioned that it was a bit uncomfortable timing with a storm coming in but I was able to get everything done before the rain came in! Thanks again!
