I am extremely dissatisfied with the repair I received. I was charged $650 to fix a horn issue and was told the cause was a burned-out wire. Instead of what I expected to be a proper repair, I found that a wire had simply been routed externally from the steering wheel circuit to the relay box. Looking at the finished work, it appears more like a workaround than a professional repair.
