Very clean nice place. The workers were very knowledgeable about mechanical difficulties on the cars. I was able to have everything broke down where I will be able to understand. What’s the next step in get my car totally back to operating the way that I would like it to be.
It was a busy Saturday afternoon and my car started acting up with all the warning lights, battery engine blinking as well as my GPS display. It appeared as though my entire electrical system were shorting out. I was panicked. I called honest one and they graciously worked me into their jam packed schedule and we’re able to efficiently and quickly diagnose the issue. Had my car repaired and back to me within an hour. John and the gang treated me royally! They got a tow truck for me right away, called me right away with details, fixed my car quickly and gave me a fair price and got me back to my office. Great professional service!
John was very helpful and attentive while informing us on the status of my vehicle inspection including the progress of the work performed on my vehicle, I really appreciate honest-1 Auto Care and John especially for helping us out thank you.
We called Honest1 and talked with JW and told him the problems/concerns we were having with our vehicles. We were losing confidence with another shop being able to fix our vehicles. Made an appointment for one vehicle that was supposed to have oil leaks. They did diagnosis and fixed the problem. They did it in a very timely manner and JW was great to work with. We will be bringing our other vehicle there in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. DE
