We are beyond grateful for Brad and the team at Honest 1 Auto Repair! My daughter was told by both, the Ford dealership and Goodyear that she had coolant leaking into her engine and that her car was essentially junk (the motor needed replaced) and not worth fixing. They made it sound like her only option was to replaced the engine...OUCH! Thankfully, we decided to get one more opinion—and that changed everything. Tried to hold my car hostage for the long weekend after I paid for a diagnosis by claiming that "the tech had left for the day." Only after threatening to call the police did the female service writer magically find a tech who could lower the lift and return my car. The female service writer was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to return my car even after I paid the diag fee in full. Take your car to Honest-1 if you want your car to be held hostage.

Within 24 hours of contacting Honest 1 on Ridgewood in South Daytona beach Mark had my AC running. I showed up with an appointment via Yelp. But always call to make appointment. Mark greeted me and manged my car service. He made sure I was informed and then fix happened same day. Mark shared Carfax report and service. He was able to alert me to recall that car needed with Airbag. Mark was top notch service representative and Liason for mechanical communication. Thank you Honest 1 for making my car fix pleasant.
