Being a customer for a while, everything went well, and everyone was professional
I normally bring my vehicles to be inspected at a different repair shop. But due to them being booked out so far I brought my vehicle there yesterday to be looked at for some overheating issues because they had immediate openings. They said they’d look at it and send me the inspection over text/email. I never signed paperwork agreeing for the $180 inspection or anything. Quick work. They were able to inspect my car pretty quick, had to get it towed to the shop due to it breaking down on the highway and this place was closest when I called AAA. I still wished they did only what I asked just to get the car running rather than push services I couldn’t fully afford or ask me to pay more than the cars value. I wasn’t fortunate enough to get a loaner car. So I was out money for the inspection and ubers. Very friendly and helpful.
Brought my vehicle in for a brake check and oil change. Received a bumper to bumper evaluation, which was comforting to know my vehicle was in good working condition. No brake work needed, appreciate the honesty. I definitely will be giving them future business.
