Friendly staff. Up front on what needed to be done with pricing, which was a nice change. Fixed my vehicle in a day and worked with my warranty. Great place!

This place has become my go to for maintenance. Clean waiting room, good atmosphere, steady with business but not overrun to the point where it becomes an inconvenience or delay. I returned to this business pretty much solely because of the customer service skills of Latisha. She is amazing, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel at home. Would recommend.

Took several days for a short repair and returned car with broken glove box. Not sure why they were in there.

The customer service demonstrated by the owners of Honest 1 is absolutely terrible. I had taken my Volkswagen Beetle in due to a check engine light. They then told me that I had to do over $2,370 dollars to fix the issue. I chose to proceed with 2 of the three repairs quoted to me which totaled $370. 1 week after making these repairs, my check engine light came back on. Honest 1 auto care should be renamed to dishonest one auto scam. After taking two vehicles and being quoted over $1700 for each vehicle, I approved one repair to later learn the car never should have required that type of work for the issue that i raised. Later I learned it was a $30 part that was required. After picking up the car and paying over $1700, the next day the car was experiencing the same issue that I had before taking it in.
