I got a groupon for full synthetic oil change with car wash today. I also asked for them to change the air filter. After the service my service engine soon light came on in my BMW 328i xdrive. I immediately came back in the office and told them the light was not on before the service. They checked the code and told me it was the oil transfer fluid needed to be changed & only BMW can turn off the code. I got home at 7PM & looked under the hood. Last week I made an appointment to get my rear brakes replaced and an oil change. They had told me earlier this year that my rear brakes were at 40%, and they were making noise now so I thought they needed replaced. I went in and they told me they had ordered the wrong brakes and I would have to come back. For the trouble, they offered me the oil change for free and buffed out some scuff marks on the side of my car. So I was happy!
