I filled out new patient paperwork for both of my children with their current address. Wayne Pediatrics NEVER looked at the new paperwork, added my youngest into the system using outdated information NOT on the the new patient form, never updated the older child who hadn't been there in YEARS. Called me for information on those forms because they apparently filed the forms into the trash can. I'm consistently forced to update the address for both children and they still send mail to the old address. Doctors are wonderful, re... read more
