Wonderful experience! We needed to rent multiple units and Sara was fantastic and incredibly helpful with getting all our units as close as possible together. Any questions we had, she was more than happy to help us with. I HIGHLY recommend using their facilities if you're looking to keep your stuff safe and secure!

Sarah was professional and kind very polite Extremely helpful! The facility was spotless and climate controlled. The facilities is well monitored and cared for. I was able to make payments easily. In total a very positive experience doing business.
I wasn't fully prepared and didn't quite know exactly what I was looking for when I showed up, but Sara was there and walked me through everything. She made sure I understood how to navigate the property, work the doors, and had everything available that customers may need if showing up unprepared, such as locks for the doors and spare pens. Thankful that Sara and Honeoye Falls Self Storage is there ~
