From everyone I've met here, this community ambulance is filled with genuinely caring and skilled staffed and volunteer Paramedics, EMTs and Drivers. They are largely involved in the community and neighboring towns and I think that's wonderful.

I’m so upset !!! I called to make the payment of $575 for 3 minutes of service putting a pick line in that Livonia Ambulance didn’t know how to do. The bill says that we could pay via credit card but when you actually call to pay via credit card they lack the equipment to process the payment. Being a disabled Veteran the VA & Medicare will only pay for 1 Ambulance a day. This call was made without my consent and permission from Livonia Ambulance. I would have made it successfully To the hospital where a trained professional ... read more
