Claire is such a delight to work with! My husband ordered her rasp band as his wedding band for our wedding, but had some custom elements added. Communication was really fast and clear, and she sent videos of the ring as she worked on it along the way. It arrived quickly and is gorgeous! From our communication about this, I would absolutely go to her with any custom project in the future. Beautiful work from a wonderful person!
My experience working with Claire to get a custom engagement ring was nothing short of fantastic! She provided me with great information and examples for options, and she made time have a private showing despite the COVID lockdowns and preparing to move to a new location for her shop. The whole process was a lot more seamless and fun than I ever would have hoped for it to be, and the resulting ring was absolutely beautiful. I hope to be a customer again in the future.
Sadly, one of the most unfortunate experiences I’ve ever had with purchasing jewelry. I ordered a ring that needed resizing and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks and multiple efforts to just check in and get a status update, I had to reach out to the shop who actually made the ring before I heard anything back from Claire. Claire is a talented Jeweler with excellent style. I am so completely in love with my “future heirloom”. Not to mention, even through a pandemic and natural disaster, was highly responsive and wonderful throughout all of our communications (Claire put together a beautiful custom ring for me that took a few weeks but was so entirely worth the wait). I would highly recommend Honed to anyone looking for something truly special, within any budget. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and my overall experience.
