We bought a used car for our daughter and found the team at Hondru to be very helpful. Jorge was quick to answer questions and made the car buying experience a breeze.

We were in the market for a new 2024 Gladiator. Hondru Jeep Dealership was the only dealership that had what we were looking for on the lot. Normally, I hate it when dealerships hound you, but Kolin Sheidy reached out to us just to touch base and answer any questions we may have had (and we took advantage of that). Great experience at the dealership with Kolin. Took the time to answer my questions, was able to let me test drive right away, and went out of his way to make this a smooth transaction. Kolin puts his customer first and that doesn't always happen in this business, but it should.
To say we had an awful experience with this dealer is an understatement. The woman who works at the CHRYSTLER desk is honestly incorrigible. We came in for a transmission error message only the dealer could fix, they were able to use our outside warranty for the fix and it was still over $200. Well we didn’t even have the car back 1 week before the issue happened AGAIN. Back to the dealer, this time the part took from Thanksgiving to end of January to come in.
