I took my chevy suburban in for an inspection and oil Change. I was greeted with excellent customer service and acceptional knowledge of my trucks maintenance needs. They were kind enough to call me midway through the inspection to let me know i had a nail in my back right tire and asked if I wanted it plugged. I approved the transaction. Always great getting service from Hondru in Elizabethtown, whether routine or something else needed. People are friendly and work to give you what you need at the lowest cost they can. Been buying cars and getting services here for almost 20 years.
Got a Chevy Bolt from here. It's better if you can sell your old car somewhere else for trade-ins. Over all experience was average and would recommend them for their Sales people. Who were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Oh yeah someone dropped the ball for a postage stamp.
