I would have gone 5 - however- I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday- & didn’t get back u til the next Wednesday. Notified me the day after my vehicle should have been looked at - that they were closing shop because one was on vacation and the other had covid. Also. I find them to be on the expensive side. Replacing all fluids was over $600. Engine valve cover gasket >$500. I went for electrical issues - back up camera - battery. Back up camera still not working.
