Very happy with the service provided by Hondat :)
Sent there by my insurance company. Very disappointed on the job they did . Had to take it back to be fixed and then was stuffed around and lied to .
Very poor experience with this company. Took my car into be assessed prior to Christmas. They booked me in on the 6th January to have the work done. I arrived at opening at 7am for them to tell me they are not ready for me and re booked in for January 20th. They contacted me on Jan 17th to advise they still do not have parts in. The parts will definitely be in early February so will book me in for the 10th of Feb to be safe. I called several times and I got told 3 times someone will give me a call back. Till today no one reached out to me.
I recently had a little bingle when another driver knocked my rear bumper and back right quarter panel. Hondat was the preferred repairer for my insurance company. They did a great job. The staff were lovely (thanks Jessica and Tash!), they were very professional, and my car looks as good as new. They organised an uber for me to get home and the help they provided was above and beyond. Highly recommended!
