UPDATE: I called to inquire about what happened. I asked if this location is a u-haul pick up site. Woman on the phone said yes. Then I asked, if that’s the case why they were rude to my husband who tried to pick up a u-haul. She said “it’s self service, we don’t have access to the u-hauls”. Great repair shop. I rely on their work to keep my older Honda on the road. Very fast and friendly service as well. Lower prices than the dealership.
Horrible rude place! Called to ask questions about a service and the person on other side of the call couldn’t hear anything. Within a few seconds they lost patience and responded with “Don’t call here if you ain’t gonna say shit”. Service begins with the first contact, and would never try such a disrespectful place.
