Came in for my car’s first oil change. Phil was my Service Advisor and he clarified that my scheduled maintenance was covered by Honda’s Service Pass. Very friendly crew and easy check in/checkout process. Will be back. 👍
Waste of time and money to get your car detailed here! I'd never paid to get my car detailed before, but I got a coupon in the mail for $150 for a full outer and inside detailing. Figured I'd splurge for the convenience for once of not having to do it myself. Dropped the car off at 8am, to which I was told it would be done super quick. When I hadn't heard from them by 3pm, I called repeatedly before I could get the guy on the phone to update me. As a family of long-time Honda owners, we were very disappointed that Honda Village did not honor our certified pre-owned warranty when we needed to replace our computer panel on a 2022 HR-V. They said issue was caused by an "outside source" and therefore not covered by warranty. We escalated to Honda corporate and they said they deferred to the local dealer on these issues, so we had to pay out of pocket to replace the computer.
Quick and easy transmission fluid change. Scheduled online. Clean waiting space. Planning to come back for more service.
