I went in the service department to get sir in my tires and when the guys finished the ball headed guy got in the gar to set the tpm and when I got in the car to leave the tpm setting were still on the dashboard the guy forgot to push set to reset the tpm. I think I'll take my car else where this was an easy task that the guy didn't finish.

I had work done here a few years ago, but figured that I would post about it anyway since the memory popped back into my head. I had a recall done here on my car. This dealership was the closest one to my work at the time so it was easy to do. They did the work, but tried to upsell me on transmission service. They told me the fluid was black (fair enough, never a good sign) but unsure how they determined that since I did the service myself a few months before-hand and my car does not have a transmission dip stick.

I would recommend Honda of Lisle, no one is perfect, and they take the time to problem solve with you. I was used to Ray and Steve Camp but Dan and Yasser are also a good team and they follow up and provide customer service. The coffee is pretty good and the classic Honda in the lobby is really sweet I wish I could sit in it. My car was really clean when they returned too. Nice bonus.
