How this place has more than 4 stars, must be family and employees leaving 5 stars reviews. I had an appointment for oil change, I was there on time but still ignored for 15 minutes, no one approached or being interested into helping out. Very unprofessional, reading other 1 stars reviews I see why they're not very popular dealership.
I have been going to Honda of Lisle for years. The service department has always been fantastic. They're honest, the prices are fair, and the work is done well. The downside of those perks is that they're busy. I recommend calling for your appointment as soon as you're aware you need one to minimize your turnaround, and you'll be in good hands from there. Recently purchased a 2025 Honda HRV sport on 04/28/25 two weeks and one day later I had the engine light go off. According to service department my wiring was chewed off by a rodent I’m no expert to determine this but how do I know this wasn’t a problem to begin with at their lot and it conveniently goes off now ? Purchased certified preowned vehicle and started having issues 3 days later. Salesman told me it was impossible because it was preowned. Took it to service and there is an issue. They had it for a week and told me to test drive it and put miles on to see if issue persists. It's still having issues. I have called and called and emailed and called and never get responses.
