I bought a 2013 Accord ex about a month ago and I have an issue with an accssory that is not working as it is shown on the Honda website. After 5 messages over three weeks my sales person finally returned my call to have this issue looked at. I watied two hours at the dealership for a SCHEDULED appointment for them to tell me there is nothing they can do and it is working properly.
