I wanted to upgrade my Civic and found a very suitable one at Honda Nelson. An email sent was responded to within minutes and the deal done that day. The salesman was friendly, enthusiastic and professional - at no time applied pressure. He happily met me at the airport when I flew the length of the island to collect the car, outside of office hours. Very happy with the car and the service. Would absolutely deal with them again.

Don’t buy a certified used car; I was very upset after service pickup my car. This car is still under warranty till October 2025, and their authorized technician found the fuel door actuator is faulty and advised if you want to replace.The cost is $290.00, including GST. I request and ask if the car is still under warranty till next year and you found the part is faulty, then why would I pay for a replacement? The Team at the Honda Store Nelson were great. I bought my car from them a year ago so this was my first service. I arrived at 8.00 am and very quickly did a handover and drove to work in a very nice courtesy car. Two hours later they sent me a text to say my car was ready for collection so I drove back and picked up my newly serviced, very smart looking car. They even helped me reset the clock :-).
