Susan and Charles were on point....in and out....good service.
They always do good service. But recently they misdiagnosed. But they fixed the problem so far so good. Shout out Glen the manager and Haley and Tj. Thanks for your diligence and supportive nature . Sign GA girl .
Service here is terrible. I made an appointment over the phone and confirmed. I arrive on time for my appointment and wait for 30 minutes in the line to be received. When I get to the front of the line they have no record of the appointment and turn me away after I drove half an hour to get there. Never coming here again. I told my husband about this when I got home and he let me know a customer got into an altercation with them over poor service the last time we got service there. This is how they operate
Over 2 hrs for a oil change with appt. Unacceptable
