Went to get an oil change and tire pressure check. I was the first one there and they had me done in less than a hour. Cory recommended fluid flush which should’ve been a red flag because I had that done a few months prior at another Honda dealership. He then recommended I will need a new battery but it’s “not 911” it’s about half way. I went to start my car and it started hesitating to turn over. had my car towed in for a diagnostics which is the standard $199. still extremely overpriced but because i was looking for another issue and my car wouldn’t start, they tried to charge me for MULTIPLE diagnostics!!! i was NOT about to do that and then they was “our bad” and i still paid the regular $199. they were wanting me to pay $12,000 for a new engine and then $6000 for a blown gasket. never in my LIFE would pay such outrageous prices. Find another service center. Don't go here. Lousy, slow, confused service. The staff could barely get my name right, let alone remember my car's maintenance. Even when they called me to pick up my car, I arrived and it still wasn't ready. Also they charge additional if you use a credit card—this is not the norm for service centers.

Don’t get a diagnostic here. Gave them a detailed report of all the work done to the car when I made the appt. When I got there, they couldn’t find it, and said that stuff doesn’t always show up on their end. I emailed my advisor the detailed report. She let me talk with an actual mechanic. He seemed to understand where I was coming from and informed me that the majority of their mechanics there were younger than my car (03 crv), so he wanted to take a look at it himself. Very disappointed. Professionalism is subpar. Service representative Chris was rude and did not take my concerns seriously. I transferred to the manager, who was kind. However he did not follow-through with the insurance claim. Called insurance company the next day, informed they were still waiting on pictures of areas on need of service. In addition, the manager told me he'd call me with an update the following day. I called only to find he is regularly scheduled off on Wednesdays.
