Worst dealership i’ve ever been to. I had my car towed to this dealership after breaking down one night. Needed a CV axle and 3 motor mounts. Service advisors tells me warranty only wants to cover $2076 (plus $100 deductible) and that i needed to pay $650. I asked about the increase in price and they told me it was labor charges. I look at the estimate and they wanted $780 for a single cv axle and $1700 for 3 motor mounts. Brings it to $2580. Still being overcharged. Came today for 50k service + a couple other things not listed. (Including removal of a mouse nest!!! I live in the country with lots of critters😜) Service Manager Ryan was WONDERFUL. Best ever. Made a recommendation that saved me about $700! That equates to exceptional customer care and deserves 5+ stars. THANK YOU Ryan.
When I 1st sched appt with water issues, call center sched it on day water specialist wasn't there. I emailed service advisor assigned to me & I never heard from them. Made a 2nd call directly to service advisor Charity, who resched my appt for direct day. When I dropped my car off, the progress link in the text didn't work. Made a 3rd call to service advisor Ryan & he sorted things out. This is not the 1st time I've had problems with the call center. Something needs to be done. Took a WDBJ7 Honda HRV to get a Safety Recall taken care of. The Service staff were awesome, and the car was done before the scheduled time. That is always a nice surprise. My wife bought her Honda here a few years ago, too. We love that Fit !! As it "fits" her Pottery Selling Business and Lifestyle !! We are very appreciative of the prompt and speedy service.
