Great customer service. Ashley Rose is the best. Very pleasant and friendly.
Oil change, inspection and fluids
Service seems better managed and faster than it used to be. I would make one suggestion: Priority Chevrolet has 2-3 snack vending machines which make it much nicer for people waiting, especially near mealtimes or late afternoon.
I have a Ford and has issues getting my state inspection done at Priority Ford. They do a 1st come first served. Priority Honda does things differently. I not only got an appointment but my car was processed on time and they got my truck back at the time they said it would be done. Kudos to Priority Honda. I recommend them to everyone.
I purchased my vehicle from here last year but this was my first time bringing it in for a service. The times just never lined up with my schedule. I scheduled online for a state inspection. When I arrived, the check in process was a little confusing and chaotic. But I was checked in after a few moments and told I could wait inside. It took a while (about 2 1/2 hours) and I needed to get a tire repaired in order to pass inspection.
