I had a 2:45 pm appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Called at 6:00 pm to check the status. Service department had no record of my vehicle being there. Several calls back and forth and service manager (David) says the VIN is assigned to someone else. He then proceeds to blame me (multiple times) for entering the wrong VIN when scheduling the appointment online. THEY VERIFIED THE VIN AT CHECK IN!!!
