I really liked the service I received and the young lady was very polite and professional. Pleasure doing business with you.
This was my first service appointment since I bought my car from Price Honda and I will not be coming back for future service. It took over 2 hours for a tire rotation and I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was told 30 minutes. People that arrived well after me, were leaving before me. Nobody came to update me on the status of my car the entire time. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
I needed a oil change because my dashboard was showing 15% life left. I took a change for a walk in. Nicole my usual service writer was working and she took me right away. She always awesome.
