I was very disappointed with the service department. I phoned to make an appointment to get my car serviced explaining I would be waiting for it. It was a simple oil/filter service only. Appointment was for 10:30 AM. My car did not go into the shop until 11:50 AM. I finally got my car back at 1:35 PM. It was clear on the service order and confirmed in person that I would be waiting for my car. There was no communication with me during my wait. I supplied my own engine oil; Kim wrote that on the work order. I also took up her suggestion of getting my catalytic converter etched with an identification number. It was recommended that I get all the fluids changed and I was happy to agree to that, fully in keeping with my views and values on upkeep of the vehicle. Worst experience ever!!! Bought brand new Honda CRV hybrid 6 months ago and all of a sudden it had a huge engine issue. Even the breaks failed. Luckily, I was able to park near by and saved ourselves. Car was brought to the dealership, they returned the car after 3 weeks and on the 4th day same thing happened again. Now the agency is not taking any responsibility that it won’t happen again or if they can replace the car.
