Somewhat slow acknowledging my presence and processing my drop off and pick up. They did accommodate my tardiness but I did phone ahead that I was going to be a little late (15 minutes) due to traffic construction. The vehicle vacuuming and wash was splendid but don't tell me it's "complimentary" when there is premium pricing for the service. Overall, people were pleasant and work was done to my satisfaction.
John is my advisor. He explains everything clearly and I truly believe that he has been very concerned that my car is being kept in good order.
Great experience and staff. Fast and reliable service is the key for them. Should definitely visit.
I have been to honda white rock location several times and had a best experience service tech Rishabh helped me 2 times for different issues and I waited less time then the expected as he did everything so quick. I am so happy with overall service and recommend honda for the best experience also if any one is planning to book their service try to schedule with Rishabh.
