My visit on 12/11/2024 was pleasant. Staff was friendly.
Not so great experience, was serious to purchase a new CRV and walk out with a car, car type not in stock for the type i want, ask me to purchase insurance before they bring the stock from another show room to me to show the car physically, told me 2 days can get, but after 1 week still no follow up. Lucky i never purchase the insurance. My point was why ask me to purchase insurance upfront before when i don't see the car physical and the exact type i'm looking for. Let’s start with , RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN….. I went to get recommended service 1. Front right away bar link 2. Fuel and oil treatment 3. Wheel alignment On appt day they don’t have the parts Came back the next day got service . They gave me my car with the oil indicator on Car still pulling from left to right depending on speed. Took it back and they told me I needed a rack and pinion steering I have a 2018 Accord less than 50k miles Then they tried to sell me a new car, claiming they would eat the repairs on mine.
