I hate service departments. The only time you're there is when your car is broken down. Sad . But this place makes it so easy. They were able to see my car relatively quickly. They were very apologetic about the fact that they don't keep the part they needed for the repair in stock so they had to order it in. It was delivered on a Tuesday and that Tuesday afternoon they had my car fixed! They make it easy paying your bill online so pickup was a breeze.
We've been using Honda East's Service Center for years upon years for our Honda vehicles. Have consistently received good customer service, and our cars have been running well in accordance with their ages/mileage. Thank you to everyone who works at Honda East for taking good care of our cars, and for treating customers well.
Had oil changed, went as it was supposed to
2014 CRV - personalized consultation after routine engine light test was impressive. Cordell made the time to respectfully explain a potentially major and costly repair with me. He was patient, honest and detailed in presenting options, estimates and expected outcomes.
