Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Fantastic times were offered and I was on and out! The staff were amazing!!!
Had an appointment for Wednesday but since my car wouldn’t start I decided to have it towed to Honda East on Saturday just to get that done and have the car sit on its lot a few days until my Wednesday appointment. I was shocked when I received a call at 11 am Monday telling me my car was ready for pickup. That’s what I call outstanding proactive customer service.
Communication good, but the parts I needed required that I leave the car overnight, and I was unable to get a loaner.
