Have an appointment? Who cares! Have what you need done scheduled? Who cares! Told something would take 2 hours to fix? Who cares! That is the only car you have to get to work? Who cares! That is how this place operates. They run everything and you as the customer are a pain in their butt. This place is awful!
They must pay for 5 Star reviews because this is a TERRIBLY run/organized service department. I had an appointment today at 7:00am. I was there for early. I was told it would take 2 hours to fix. I went to sit in a construction trailer. I literally watched them pull my car around at 9:07am. I was obviously upset by this. I went inside. She went to “check on things.” Then came back to tell me they don’t have the part and needed to order it. Like really? This has to literally be the worst service department. We have been here 6 times and have had a AWFUL experience every single time. Terrible customer service and leadership.
This place has to be the most poorly run service department in the Charlotte area! Have been here numerous times and it never fails to be an awful experience!!! There is no one in their right mind that gives this place 5-Stars.
I’ve been dealing with this place since 2012 so I’ve been through a lot of service advisor but by far the one who I’m working with currently Hirum is the best, he is brutally honest with me. He doesn’t just tell me things to get in my pocket, he returns my phone calls when I leave him a message And I just bought my daughter a vehicle and once again he’s not just telling me things just to put money out always helping me. He is the best. I hope he stays until I leave!
