Ever since the new Management or owner …..the quality of service has diminished. I have bought four cars from this location and it had always been a great experience. I do believe I’m going to start taking my car to a different Honda dealership, unfortunately. Update: 2 weeks ago went have my car serviced. They have completed renovations and the service has greatly improved.
Knowing precisely how many manufacturer safety recalls were needed on my vehicle, they scheduled me for an all day repair starting at 8am (I arrived at 7:40). They did not offer me a courtesy vehicle, only a ride home/back. Then called at 2:30pm to advise my vehicle would not be ready until the next day, leaving me stranded without a vehicle to pick up my kids from school/daycare or transport my family anywhere for the evening or next morning. No other options offered. Unacceptable.
I started going to Honda of Huntersville after buying a new Civic Si from Indian Trail. The service center was much closer to my house. I'm very happy I made that decision. Brandon has been great to work with over the past year or so while delivering amazing customer service, and the new facility has some great bells and whistles. Five stars for Louis James, best and favorite service advisor Louis is incredibly knowledgeable, sympathetic, and trustworthy. He has been our go-to service advisor for many years and several cars. And that trust counts for a LOT. He is a role model for all service advisors. Not only does he understand and explain automotive technical things in a manner anyone can understand, he does so in a calm, professional, and positive manner. He's an absolute asset to Honda. Kudos to Louis and THANK YOU SIR!
I went to this Honda dealer bc I hit some debris on the highway in SC. Louis was my rep who assisted me at my appt. He was extremely professional and straight forward. What was amazing is he calmed me down from worrying that my damages could be really bad . And guess what? It was very minor. This is why I take my cars to the dealers. Go to Louis - he is AMAZING.
