As of January 2026 this service center is under construction and has been for the past 3 months. If you have to sit and wait for your car you will be sitting in a trailer.
Wanted to flush out my transmission fluid 3 times!!! When the car has 133,400 miles on it and hasn’t been serviced to my knowledge. All it needed was to be topped off with fluid. They even drove my car and said it was fine. So recommending a flush let alone 3 times is ridiculous. I guess they didn’t realize I was smart. I went to the parts department and picked up the fluid myself. I’ve never had issues at this dealership and I’ve been here 10 times with different Hondas. Never coming back that’s for sure.
I went in for a recall today with my leased Honda civic sport regarding my push and release gas cover and Brandon took care of me. Although I requested Chris Cooley, he’s the bomb!…he was promoted…congratulations to Chris for that. Well deserved! Brandon was very attentive and professional and will def be back to see Brandon again
Charles was very nice and put new wipers on my car free of charge.
