It has been frustrating every single time I have to come in for service. My key fob wasn't working and I provided the service team a video of it happening. When they called after looking at it, I was told there's no issue with the fob. I said yes there is, I wouldn't have dropped my car off if there wasn't and that I provided video proof. He tried to say I didn't show the car in the background of the video to prove it wasnt unlocking and I called him out for obviously not watching the video bc the car was absolutely in the b... read more
My day began poorly having my car towed to the dealership, but Louis took care of my vehicle needs. He was professional and understanding keeping me updated on the work. He is an asset to the service department. I would return for service based on his service, but costs are too high.
