Probably the worst Honda dealership I’ve visited. Took 3 hours for an oil change that could’ve been done in an hour.
Just purchased a 2025 Honda pilot touring. Overall, a very good experience. They didn’t readily offer the Internet discount so be aware. But when showed the Internet price, they quickly gave me the discount. Called the salesman ahead of time. It was very impressed that he had the car waiting and washed out front waiting for me. Upon calling the service department here at Team Gillman Honda Fort Bend my advisor (Zahava) assisted me on awaiting for a recall parts for the CR-V model and updated me whenever my vehicle was ready. She's a great service advisor at Team Gillman Honda Fort Bend. Highly recommending servicing with Team Gillman Honda Fort Bend. P.S: If she's not available ask for Orlando, Jewel, or Muhammed they're also a great service advisor to ask.
I went looking for a car and had a horrible experience with a money hungry salesman. Thankfully I gave it another shot with someone new and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable and got the car of my dreams!
