Lack of communication. Didn't honor a discount.
Brought in our 2025 Honda pilot for the complementary oil change at 7500 miles, left with a 200+ dollar bill. They talked my wife in a recommendation service that once I looked into, it didn’t need. Ridiculous!!!!
