Kayla was great to deal with and took good care of me. Thank you, Kayla.
I had an appoint today and 8 hours later my car was not looked at. Even worse, I have an A/C problem, which I had repaired earlier this Summer after a previous repair last year. I had to come back after my last repair because my dash wasn't put together properly and I discovered it was interfering with the use of my windshield wiper lever. Dangerous and unprofessional. If I wasn't wondering if my issue is under warranty or if it is what they have already repaired I would go to a different repair shop.
