I brought my 2023 Honda Civic Sport in with a blower motor hum, and was very nervous since my bumper-to-bumper was almost up. Fast courtesy friendly beautiful shop
While the services department was excellent and Megan was very helpful, I unfortunately for the first time had an unpleasant experience during my service appointment on 08/16, an older African American woman was standing near the refreshments that I’m regularly at informed are also for customers that are waiting as well, she took it upon herself to get physical with me and grab my wrist when I reached for a piece and held onto to while rudely asking me “who are you?”, “what is your name?” and “do you work here?”, While anoth... read more
Bad customer service. Over price. Service advisor Andrew K is the worst one. Waited almost 3 hours for oil change with no updates. Not going back here for any businesses.
