CRV went in for recall work on Monday. Asked them to do a diagnostic on wheel noise at highway speed and check engine light. They thought it was noise at idle. did nothing and wanted to charge me $80 for blinking at the engine running. I had to reexplain whats wrong on the phone. They didnt convey the information to anyone. just dropped the request when I hung up the phone. once again did nothing. went back in person on friday, took the car out took a video and showed them and complained and finally they looked at the wheel ... read more
