Good experience with the sales person. But highly disappointed that the new car warranty is no longer bumper to bumper. It is now an almost worthless warranty. Due to the crappy warranty, we decided to buy an extended warranty. This was an unpleasant additional expense.
The staff at Showcase Honda were extremely professional and quite knowledgeable. They listened to my issues and addressed them to my satisfaction.
Cassie was very pleasant. Very clear about my bill and the service I was scheduled for. My expectations were exceeded.
