Worst service ever, avoid at all costs. We have an extended warranty on our vehicle, they could care less. If you bring your car in for an oil change they will find a way to try and charge you 1k plus. They did a routine tire rotation and stripped the lug off. Mechanics are liable for their faults fyi. They then tried to bill us more than $800 for their neglect. That was only the start of the issues. I don’t know why they tell you it’s gonna be an hour because it never, ever is an hour. Been sitting here for 90 minutes now and apparently they’re still “finishing up my paperwork.” Absolutely no urgency since they know I already paid for the three oil changes. Can’t wait to go somewhere else after the third one
Great experience! My '05 Honda feels like a brand new car! Full story: Went in to Steve's Automotive on State to have my Ac looked at because it was making a noise and I wanted to fix it before it went bad. They told me it had already gone bad and I needed a new motor and transistor after just playing with the buttons, quoted me $1,031 saying I could finance.
