I don’t know why they tell you it’s gonna be an hour because it never, ever is an hour. Been sitting here for 90 minutes now and apparently they’re still “finishing up my paperwork.” Absolutely no urgency since they know I already paid for the three oil changes. Can’t wait to go somewhere else after the third one

Great experience! My '05 Honda feels like a brand new car! Full story: Went in to Steve's Automotive on State to have my Ac looked at because it was making a noise and I wanted to fix it before it went bad. They told me it had already gone bad and I needed a new motor and transistor after just playing with the buttons, quoted me $1,031 saying I could finance. Called the Stockton 12 Honda dealership to price check the parts needed and they quoted me $650 including labor. Told them to book me in and order the parts. Went back ... read more

Not sure if they are crooks or if their systems don't work. Took my accord there for registration and emissions. They came back with 3k in work that was needed. A new timing chain - that they had done 15k miles earlier. Valve cover - that they had done 10k previously. They said it is leaking. So Either they are lying about it leaking or they did a bad job the first time. Almost all the repairs they recommended they had already done. I always use Stockton Honda to service my 2019 pilot. I have always been happy with their service. Update: Something wrong 01/20/2025. Changed from 5 to 3 From day one, when I purchased my 2019 Piolt, i had a problem with annoying suspension clunk. I asked them to check it. They said it is normal. This happened for 3 years. I have extended warranty exclusive to stocketon. I learned this hard way. Sounds fraud or illegal. I am out of factory warranty. I have 28k on the car.
