Excellent and professional service department. Your vehicle is treated well. The waiting area is pleasant with good coffee. I highly recommend buying a car and having it serviced here as the oil change price is less than Valvoline Express.
Had a dead battery while visiting Little Rock. After a jump from a stranger, pulled in to McLarty on a busy Friday morning and Sam took great care of me. Was out in under an hour. Would definitely come back!
Diagnosis starts at $240 and can go as high as they want to charge. Russell Honda in NLR charges $99 and will waive the fee if you get the work done there. They keep saying they’ll call back but never do. Much cheaper, faster, and dependable service is available pretty much anywhere other than here
Updated Jan 2025: I've had my oil changed a couple times more and they are much better now. Maybe that first time was a fluke. I want to shout out Samuel, Juan and Memphis. Samuel has helped me a couple of times and he's so pleasant.One of the last times I went they had popcorn and everything. Oil change took about an hour which was normal. Also, I had to get a part replaced and thought it would take a long time. Took about exactly what he said.
