Arrived for an oil change, was told 1:30 minute wait, 39 minutes later it was ready.
Friendly staff. Simple process, but very slow. First appointment of the day took 2 hours for an oil change and recall inspection (no work done). Update: second visit was over 3 hours for an oil change! The process is easy, drive up, give name, wait in customer lounge. Free Keurig coffee, including decaf. No free food, or snacks or fruit. Vending machines if you like terrible junk food snacks like chips and soda.
Jim was great! Was straight forward about everything and every detail during the service.
