Even though I brought it in a little late in the day, they told me they can have it done by noon the next day and sure enough! They did! My service writer, Ali Was courteous and knowledgeable even though this was a warranty repair, they treated it like I was a valued customer. Next time I think I’m gonna buy my car here. Went in for a oil change and got a comedy show instead. Pulled into the dealership at 10:58am and followed the many signs to the Express Service lane. A guy came out and asked if I had an appointment which I said know. He then says "IF I check you in now it wont be ready until around 3pm", I then perplexed point to one of the many Express Service signs and comment and he quickly comes back "Oh those are just signs" and then comes back with "as you know its almost lunch time".
