Excellent Honda Service Center as always! Seeing Fathom and Steven on a regular basis always gives me that sense of comfort and that everything is gonna be handled and taken care of to the best of their ability. I can't tell you what contentment that gives me knowing that they will make sure our auto issues are resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!

I came in for an oil change at this Honda location. I’m not completely sure how well the service was done, but after picking up my car I noticed a strange noise coming from the A/C. I had to take an extra day off work and return the next day. They fixed it quickly and told me a napkin had accidentally been left inside. I don’t understand how something like that could end up there. They also said they performed a tire rotation, but it didn’t seem to be done correctly, so I had to come back again. They were fast and communicative. I perceived Steven to be honest and respectful. I’ve had poor experiences elsewhere, after this one visit I will be returning. Keep it up Honda of Santee!
