Car spent 6 weeks in shop for head gasket. Very poor communication from Fathym Fuller. Check engine light came on the same day I picked up my car from Honda Service Center. Now they say it’s the catalytic converter. $7500 and 2 months after pick up my car is dead and had to finance a different car. I will never go back to Honda Service Center of Santee, Honda of El Cajon or Toyota of El Cajon which are owned by the same person. Avoid these Stealerships at all costs. I bought my first Honda recently and it’s been hard to learn all the new features. I stopped by this location and Fathym fuller helped me understand how to work things and pair My phone. She was patient and explained everything very well I will come see her for maintenance
