Very disappointed with my service. I won't take my car there again.
My family and I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and I can't express how amazing Steven Hawley and the team here at the Santee Honda Service Center have been every single time we walk in. We're always greeted with the friendliest smile, and their willingness to always take care of our issues and concerns have been nothing but incredible. I shifted over here shortly after they opened (from the El Cajon dealership) and haven't looked back. I've found all the service advisors to be incredibly professional and helpful. When I've needed to purchase parts or simply had a question about my vehicle, they took the time to help me. Today was no exception. Shoutout with thanks to Fathym for her assistance today.
FINALLY A HONDA SERVICE CENTER WORTH GOING TO!!!!!!! Thank you Steven Hawley for restoring my faith in Honda. I have been to Mission Gorge Honda, they sucked, I went to Pacific Honda Service Center there, that was THE WORST ONE EVER DONT EVER GO TO THAT LOCATION, I've been to Poway they're nice, but OMG HONDA SERVICE CENTER OF SANTEE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
