During a recent service visit for a routine oil change, while in the waiting room, they texted me a bunch of ‘recommended services’ including replacing the brake fluid which they labeled as “critical” (in the red). However, the vehicle had this service performed less than two years ago (and is well below Honda’s official mileage and time interval). Updated review. Best customer service, professional and knowledgeable mechanics. Blessed to have found a place I trust. This shop gave me back faith in auto repair shops. They were thorough and professional. I had a horrible experience the day before with another shop. These folks made it all better. Fathym was my advisor and she was patient, thorough, professional and kind.
